Thank you for inquiring about our apartments. It is best to call us at
(205) 933-7788 to find out exactly what we may have in the time frame you are looking for.

Generally, we know 45 days prior as to which specific apartment will be available, but sometimes we know farther in advance.

The Deposit on our efficiencies and one bedrooms is $150.00, two bedroom and furnished apartments are $250.00.

The application fee on all apartments is $40.00.

We allow cats only with a $200.00 pet fee.

Some of our apartments have hardwood floors and some have carpet. They all have high ceilings and are well kept.

We offer 9 month or 12 month leases. We have a few fully furnished apartments that we can rent on a shorter term.
